Duneflip is an online digital goods and services marketplace that facilitates the sale and purchase of various digital products, including but not limited to game items, gift cards, and top-up services between sellers and buyers.

These Terms of Use govern your rights and obligations as a user of the Platform, which is operated by Duneflip Technologies Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (individually and collectively referred to as “Duneflip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).   • Intellectual Property: Trademarks, copyrights, brand names, logos, and other intellectual property belonging to Duneflip or respective third-party owners.
  • Item(s): Any digital goods, products, or services available for sale on the Platform.
  • Legal Age: The age required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction to form a legally binding contract.
  • Parties: Collectively, Duneflip and you.
  • Platform: Collectively, the Duneflip website, mobile applications, and any other web or mobile platforms managed by Duneflip.
  • Duneflip Balance: A prepaid account owned by the Buyer for purchasing items on the Platform.
  • Service(s): The Platform and all associated functionalities provided by Duneflip.
  • User ID: A unique identifier assigned to users upon account registration.

2. License to Use

Duneflip grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform, subject to these Terms of Use.

3. Representations and Warranties

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are of Legal Age to use the Platform. If you are below the Legal Age, you must obtain parental or legal guardian consent.
  2. Your personal information, including full name, phone number, address, and email, is accurate.
  3. You will keep your User ID and password secure and confidential.
  4. You will not use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
  5. You will not disrupt or interfere with the Platform’s functionality or services.

4. User ID and Account

To access full features of the Platform, you must create and register an account with Duneflip. By doing so, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate and current information.
  • Duneflip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account details. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed as authorized by you.

5. Use of Services

You agree to the following terms when using the Platform:

  • You are responsible for obtaining the necessary devices and internet connections to access the Platform.
  • Duneflip is not liable for errors, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duneflip shall not be liable for:
